Responsibilities:
- Develop manufacturing strategy & its roll outcturing company for the assigned service, volumes, launch, MCIP and reporting
- Focus on competitive costs to deliver lean mfg sites
- Support business case analysis for build locations, growth opportunities and manufacturing capacity and capability banks
- Lead Vertical Integration Studies (Make vs Buy Matrix)
- Deliver cost estimates to business team & review quotes with manufacturing plants
- Improve Investment plan including reuse and redeployment for all including engineering
- Manage value streams improvement of products/components being manufactured out of region
- Support Manufacturing Resource Planning for Global/ region
- Sort sales plan database, review manufacturing location accuracy
- Work with owner to develop manufacturing resource plan (capital equipment, headcount, floor space plan)
- Make manufacturing location and expansion recommendation
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Production/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation Engineering
- Has knowledge with >5 years work experience in electronics, PCB assembly & plastic fabrication processes
- Prefer knowledge of industrial/ automation engineering
- Has proficiency in oral & written English
- Self-starter with good networking, communications skills and leadership skills
- Good in analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Competent in MS Office software application for data sort and presentations
- Open to travel to different to other Plants
