Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Request needed roles to new and existing users
- Open tickets for issues related with SAP and coordinate with SAP support
- Support end users with SAP related issues
- Coordinate with supplier and customer EDI representative all activities necessary tasks to create EDI connections
- Ensure consumption and cogia errors are reviewed every day and proper actions and communication takes place
- Support continuous improvement projects and problem-solving issues
- Coordinate issues with material receiving
- Support SAP WM on a daily basis; shipments and labels discrepancy
