Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensure all new materials, subassemblies, End Items are downloaded properly from technical database and to SAP. Compare SAP with technical database to exclude errors. Appropriate set ups are to be done to make sure, movements, sales, costing can be done after
- Ensure proper packaging determinations are set up for components as well as for End Items and base models when necessary
- Check all new SMT components have proper setting done in production database
- Ensure tax codes are entered as agreed with Finance representative
- Ensure all new Finish Goods are communicated with customs specialist to agree tariff code
- Upload engineering changes to SAP with agreed dates
- Work with Launch team to review all coming projects, upload SAP with agreed demands and check with Supplier Order Management team components availability
- Support continuous improvement projects and problem-solving issues
