Main duties and responsibilities:
- Users management and day-to-day support (account creation, assigning users to defined roles, etc.)
- Account reconciliation tool system management (grouping and regrouping of accounts, account balances upload, profile groups management, set up of new entities and accounts, unassigned accounts management, etc.)
- Ad hoc and monthly reporting (e.g. status of accounts reconciliation, KPI reporting, accounts assignment reports)
- Providing trainings and training materials to the new and existing software users
- Create and update of user documentation
- Implementation of software releases and supporting projects related to account reconciliation tool
- Cooperation with software supplier to resolve system related issues or implement necessary changes
- Perform testing of software updates before updating the production environment
- Implementing and leading process improvements and automation
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting / Finance or accounting knowledge gained through experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including experience with an application administration
- Very good command of English
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience in administration of finance application would be an asset
- Working knowledge of account reconciliation tool would be an asset
- Ability to analyze and resolve relevant system and process issues
- Excellent communication skills with customer-based focus
- Experience in cooperation with and providing trainings to users at various organizational levels
- Strong time-management, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
